2008 Bay Area Chinese Soccer Friendship Cup

Tournament Rules:

Base on FIFA unless listed below No limit on number of substitutes. Substitute may be made at the time of any dead ball. 5 minutes cool off period for yellow card. No overtime Winner will be decided by penalty kicks in playoff games. Any team with less than 7 players ready on the field 10 minutes after the game time will be forfeited. If 2 teams have the same point, rank will be decided by goal difference, GF, GA and then the result of their last match. If they are all same, it will be decided by penalty kicks. $50 penalty for forfeited team. $50 penalty for each red card excluding double yellow. Anyone involved in a fight may be banded from this tournament. Decision will be made by the team captains from other teams.
