2006 Bay Area Chinese Soccer Friendship Cup

Fee: $150 + $100 deposit

Players: 30 maximum

Pictures w/ names to be submitted before the 1^st match

Rules: Base on FIFA unless listed below

No limit on number of substitutes

No overtime for all matches (W=3 T=1 L=0)

Winner will be decided by penalty kicks in the 5^th place,

3^rd place & Championship match

Matches: All teams will play each other once within the group

#1 & #2 advance to semi-final

Winners of semi-final will play the Championship match

All teams must provide at least 1 good game ball for their match.

$50/red card (excluding double yellow card) will be deducted from the deposit. Any outstanding balance on deposit will be deducted from the future tournament hosted by Super Bee and VIP.

If 2 teams have the same point, rank will be decided by goal difference, GF, GA and then the result of their last match. If they are all same, it will be decided by penalty kicks.

Only Chinese and other Pacific Islander players are accepted.
